The EMuS2019 conference organised by the ACASIAS project in Barcelona the 11th and 12th of June has officially presented the first plenary lectures to be attented. This conference on Multifunctional Structures will welcome the following speakers:
- Robert Sekora from Airbus Defence and Space, Germany who will give a lecture on integration of Antennas in Aircraft Structures;
- Ever J. Barbero from West Virginia University, USA and Professorin Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, will present the Performance and Processing Simulation of Magnetoelectric Composites;
- Constantinos Soutis from Manchester University, England and Professor holding a Chair in Aerospace Engineering will present the Carbon Fibre Composite Materials and Hetero-structures with Built in Functionality;
- Simon Waite senior expert at in Materials at the EuropeanAviation Safety Agency (EASA), will give a lecture about Emerging Technologies and Aircraft Certification.
